It is not great when you sit at a desk and look into the managers office and see written in the white board Remeber the service dept is not a charity sums up the care and consideration BMW give to customers
Satisfied with staff attention at local level
Last service visit no car avail, told to wait while it was serviced. I wasnt attended to by customer service for 30 mins and then couldnt find paperwork. 40 mins late and took longer than stated. I spent 3.5 hours there and they forgot to valet it
Very friendly service, the staff made me feel valued and were interested in me and my custom. The staff were able to sort my problem quickly.

Expected 2 hours, told 1.5 but took 3.5 after it also had new discs. Kept waiting after being asked to come and pay. Could not find fault with running lights after road test. I got in to drive off and it had 2 warning lights on for lights and key fob

Unfortunately my key got lost during a routine service. I have spoken to the service manager who has offered compensation. The staff are always very helpful and polite though.

I tried to book a car to test drive whilst mine was in being serviced, so as not to waste the day and very the opportunity to drive something I may like to change to when I change my car within the next year, this was not achieved.
Would have expected full valet as I have experienced with previous dealers.
Your car is always given the best attention, and comes out cleaner than when it went in.
Because they couldn't complete a simple routine service and return the car in a day. Of course if they don't come to collect it until lunch time instead of first thing in the morning, they are making things difficult for themselves.

I paid £560 for a service and inspection(something I wasnt told about until I got there) then was told to fill up my screen wash was not included and would be extra!! For a £560 service I would expect screenwashv to be replaced....

Work carried out to requirement notification and advised of further work to be carried out in near future, which overall is a saving in cost and reassurance the vehicle is undergoing the correct service

Service was good. All was done on the car that I had asked for apart from the wiperblades that they didn't have which I thought was unsual considering it's not a rare car.
100% but for fact that I booked car in for an issue and was able to tell the staff member which part was required at the time. I then had to wait 2 1/2 hours and pay to be told that was indeed what was needed but the part was not in stock!
Service was cancelled once due to part not arriving in time, but collection and return of vehicle was prompt and with a smile.

Replacement oil pan,sump was leaking. BMW customers should expect a perfect result,without having to check underneath.
Generally very satisfied. On this occasion I opted to wait for my car, and was told it would take an hour and a half. Ended up waiting two and a half hours, and although the staff apologised, no reason was given for this delay.

Thought the cost of the oil change was on the expensive side
Didn't have an air filter in stock, a standard part for this pre-booked service. No sense of urgency about the staff and their work, despite knowing I was waiting for them. Tried to sell me brake discs despite saying they didn't need changing.
The speed of emergency repairs carried out on my vehicle were exemplary and I was kept fully informed of progress.
They treat us like old friends.

Service staff were unable to fix the fault I brought the car in for. Blamed the 3rd party supplier of the Universal Remote Control. Only on my prompting did they promise to chase up the supplier for a fix or replacement module. I await results. T
See above. Monty on service seems to be the only competent person there. Another couldn't even pass a message across to him sitting less than a foot away, so wasted an entire day waiting for a return call which never came.
It may be a good idea to give solutions to advice given.

Service completed on time and with a smile... but due to a shortage of staff on the desks I was waiting over ten minutes to be received at service reception. Several other staff members seemed to be otherwise milling around.
Only minor gripe was a courtesy car was booked and then not available.However, this was not the dealer's fault and a 'taxi service' was provided instead.
All the staff were very polite and helpful,from the minute we walked into the showroom and when we went back to take delivery of our new car.

Almost completely satisfied. This was because I was promised a phone call after a few days to check everything was in order. That was in November, I am still waiting....
The team were helpful and efficient. With particular note to Steve and Brett who were very helpful and informative. The actual handover was easy and despite the new regs in place for finance Steve worked his way through it really well.
All my requests were dealt with, at the time of order, I was fully updated to the process and delivery date of my vehicle. The handover was mutually agreed and went smoothly.Excellent service!!!

The new facilities are excellent at Ocean Falmouth and the staff are welcoming and very professional.
All arrangements went like clockwork and I was given ample notice of the various timings. One extra - I forgot to take my memory stick out of my old car on trading in. It was immediately sent to me by guaranteed next day delivery - super service!
There were issues around communication and misinformation in the early stages of the purchase, however these were ironed out towards the pick-up date
I felt like an important customer and every question or query was answered patiently and in a good manner.
