Ocean go that extra mile and there customer service with help from Monty Sharp could not be better he goes the extra mile to help with all customer problems nothing is to much trouble for him
All the work we needed on our X5 was carried out according to the quotation. It did take an hour longer (3 hours wait in total!) due to extra work needed and there was not time to have our car cleaned then as we had an onward journey planned. Busy!
Concerning the car and the service I received, I was totally satisfied. The big problem as far as I was concerned, was that I was told the procedure would take 90 minutes. In fact, this was miscalculated by exactly one hour. This was very annoying.

I don't know much about cars, but the car seems to be going well. It was washed and cleaned and returned to me like new.
All good ofcourse would be better if it were cost free every one likes something for nothing however impossible

left my car with Ocean Falmouth.I was called at 12.30pm saying the car was ready, having turned up at 2pm was told the car was not readyity was another hour wait. worse than that I found a screw which hadn't been put back. still waiting for call back

Very well looked after (by Alfie). He arranged for the extra work to be carried out in addition to the service, got a quote for some parts & fixed my car key, and collected us from the town centre;he's a careful driver too. Polite and attentive.
Nothing is too much trouble. Great customer service.

You expect to wait
This wasn't a service but the response to an emergency call out over a run flat tyre which was replaced within 24 hours after the vehicle was recovered to Ocean Falmouth. The help received was excellent.
The problem the car went in for has not been resolved.
Karen, on reception, was exactly what one would hope to find in such a major dealership - welcoming, friendly and efficient. Archie, the service adviser, was likewise pleasingly competent . The vehicle was ready for collection at the promsed time.
I was given a 90 minute slot for my service, sadly this over ran by nearly 30 minutes, which die to the school run had a knock on for my day

The service reception staff were very friendly and explained everything I wanted to know. Monty was brilliant.
Very good service but I felt even though I handed my car in at 8 am my car wasn't looked at until the afternoon so I had to wait an extra day for parts to arrive. I think priority was give to people waiting in the garage for their cars
Costs seemed particularly steep for work completed, but no complaints on quality of service

Only issue was that when work was completed I was not immediately informed ,if I hadnt phoned them on the offchance the car was ready to collect I would have waited ..?? Who knows

Told the 'lift' into Falmouth doesnt start until 10am? Not helpful when dropping off the car at 8.30am and it's just a few minutes by car so very poor that a lift was not available. Also unhappy with two window motor failures in 6 years - see below.

Your falmouth centre is so beautiful, right on the sea front and just stunning. The team there always have fresh flowers, coffee, water which is offered immediately on entering. Its just what you would expect from BMW and more!

The bmw centre and salesman was spot on. Delivery was straight forward
