Service was arranged in December for end April, booking was still in place and work undertaken. Took a little longer than was first suggested but completed none-the-less.
Karen, on reception, was exactly what one would hope to find in such a major dealership - welcoming, friendly and efficient. Archie, the service adviser, was likewise pleasingly competent . The vehicle was ready for collection at the promsed time.
I was given a 90 minute slot for my service, sadly this over ran by nearly 30 minutes, which die to the school run had a knock on for my day

The service reception staff were very friendly and explained everything I wanted to know. Monty was brilliant.
Very good service but I felt even though I handed my car in at 8 am my car wasn't looked at until the afternoon so I had to wait an extra day for parts to arrive. I think priority was give to people waiting in the garage for their cars
Costs seemed particularly steep for work completed, but no complaints on quality of service

Only issue was that when work was completed I was not immediately informed ,if I hadnt phoned them on the offchance the car was ready to collect I would have waited ..?? Who knows

Same reasons as described above + all work carried out on the car is well cared for and never had a need to take the car back
Everything spot on
There were no problems whatsoever with the service. The car is running smoothly. All areas that have been addressed are itemised clearly. The car was valeted and this is always a bonus, although the door of the boot was left rather dirty.
Told the 'lift' into Falmouth doesnt start until 10am? Not helpful when dropping off the car at 8.30am and it's just a few minutes by car so very poor that a lift was not available. Also unhappy with two window motor failures in 6 years - see below.
The dealership and front of house staff were good but you were let down by the technician dealing with the car.

Only hiccup was I hadn't realised the courtesy bus to Falmouth was only every two hours.
Efficient , time agreed and worked according to time.Reasonable cost.

My car was collected, serviced and returned to my home. The gentleman who drove my car is a credit to Ocean BMW. The service was carried out well,however more care needs to be observed with regards returning the car clean especially the interior. Bad

The representative at Ocean Falmouth called Monty, has been excellent in every way.
It was only a light bulb but they were able to do it while I waited and the the car was cleaned!
Time was taken to explain what was being done and why. The customer is made to feel welcome.
The level of service from the service staff member who looked after me and my car was particularly good and most considerate.

Its the great communication and professionalism along with common courtesy shown by the aftersales staff. From great coffee through to a lovely clean car to go home in!

Lent me a car as there was a delay but it seemed expensive

Excellent service from advisors and work completed on time. Only negative comments:*I wouldn't bother with the vehicle check video, complete waste of time.* Standard of cleaning of the car was poor & lets you down. It's the bit the customer sees!
Excellent service - from the lift to work, the coffee, & then being sent a video of the car being inspected with a careful explanation of what needs doing.
The team welcomed me and checked in my car with professionism and efficiency.

Very friendly service, the staff made me feel valued and were interested in me and my custom. The staff were able to sort my problem quickly.
Last service visit no car avail, told to wait while it was serviced. I wasnt attended to by customer service for 30 mins and then couldnt find paperwork. 40 mins late and took longer than stated. I spent 3.5 hours there and they forgot to valet it
