Im not the easiest of customers and they are always very helpful and polite, car always returned lovely and clean!

Didn't have an air filter in stock, a standard part for this pre-booked service. No sense of urgency about the staff and their work, despite knowing I was waiting for them. Tried to sell me brake discs despite saying they didn't need changing.
The speed of emergency repairs carried out on my vehicle were exemplary and I was kept fully informed of progress.
They treat us like old friends.

Service staff were unable to fix the fault I brought the car in for. Blamed the 3rd party supplier of the Universal Remote Control. Only on my prompting did they promise to chase up the supplier for a fix or replacement module. I await results. T
See above. Monty on service seems to be the only competent person there. Another couldn't even pass a message across to him sitting less than a foot away, so wasted an entire day waiting for a return call which never came.
It may be a good idea to give solutions to advice given.

Well looked after
Service completed on time and with a smile... but due to a shortage of staff on the desks I was waiting over ten minutes to be received at service reception. Several other staff members seemed to be otherwise milling around.
Only minor gripe was a courtesy car was booked and then not available.However, this was not the dealer's fault and a 'taxi service' was provided instead.

Great people, shame about a bit of a mix up over dates
Staff helpful and friendly. Service and showroom area seemed well organized and welcoming. We were looked after while waiting, especially when a puncture was found during checks and a tyre had to be brought in from elsewhere.
They had our car from 9.30 until 5.45 and it was a freezing day. We felt we should have been informed beforehand of the time they wanted our car.
Car went for a recall. Arranged for car to be collected to save the journey to take it in.

Car was valeted and the service papers were explained to me by staff who were obviously keen to check that I was happy with what had been done.

The people I have dealt with have been very polite and professional, but as above the frustrations with being unable to rectify the problem are wearing me down.
Slow check-in. Issues engaging with lease company who were responsible for payment. Misleading guidance that a tyre was dangerous (the tyre company said this was complete nonsense and the tyre remains on the vehicle).
In early October I was told by the dealer that I needed my MOT carried out. Having waited for nearly 2 hours on the day, I received my certificate. When I checked the date, it was for a month too early, so I had to repeat the process a month later.
From arranging the service to the service being completed on time and being dropped into and collected from Falmouth everything worked like a Swiss watch.
First time we have had to use Ocean Falmouth and from the minute I rang to book the car in to the minute it was returned the level of service was far superior to other garages we have had to use in the past, with regular updates from Monty!!

From the time of booking to the vehicle being delivered home, the service was hassle free and value for money - very important for those who lead busy lives!

Not very friendly
There were a few issues regarding the condition of the vehicle on delivery
Car was serviced but no explanation given for the Drivetrain fault codes I had seen pop up.
Monty and his team were exemplary in sorting an Red Light problem and then with the Service and MOT.
The booking process is a little complicated due to the service being booked by the Plymouth showroom for the service to be done in Falmouth

Service carried out efficiently and verbal explanations were excellent, but I was left uncertain as to what was going on and had to hang about waiting too long before getting a courtesy driver.

Following the recall work completed on my car the operation of the lock/unlock was changed on my car without anyone informing me. When I tried to speak to somebody I was unable to initially and although I have now emailed have had no response.
The problems experienced were not their fault - they collected and returned the car (in pristine condition) for a very reasonable £18.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing seamed like too much trouble.

service was great, all as expected, but the 'complimentary wash and vac' - while free - actually left more smears across my windows than when i arrived, and didn't actually seem to clean anything that wouldn't have blown off in the wind anyway

Everything from the booking of the service, the information provided, the hospitality and friendly staff made this a pleasurable experience.
Staff pleasant and atmosphere professional. I question whether the work I was charged for actually took place. Charged £99 for defect investigation on a window, but foam seal around window appears never to have been disturbed. Now lack trust in BMW.

was a recall for my 220,and was swiftly rectified
On this occasion our first visit was wasted as parts were not available so had to re book. That occasion everything was fine, although not completed in the day. We were given courtesy car so ok.
Went in for routine upgrade and valve change, got car back following day (1 day longer than arranged), had a leak, over heated, no coolant. Nobody available to deal with issue on sat/sun. Hire car was organised, still waiting on car to be returned.
Overall experience was brilliant.
The amount of time that my vehicle was required was the absolute minimum.On this occasion I was requested to bring my vehicle into the centre at 8am and my vehicle was examined early and not left until late in the day as on a previous occasion.

I was let down on courtesy car. Although appeared to have been valeted the carpets were actually dirtier, from wet shoes in both the drivers and passenger footwells. The boot screen cassette not fastened - still loose as I don't know how to sort.
Polite and helpful staff
The work on my car was carried out smoothly and efficiently. It was explained how it would be done and my questions fully answered. All this with a friendly response from all of the staff I encountered.
