Very efficient service
Expensive but it feels worth it. We also have a high end VW and the service is far superior with BMW.
Car showed 'service' so, I rang and arranged a date and time at Ocean Falmouth. . On arrival I was told that the car was not due this service for app 2000kms. Having got there I agreed to go ahead and was told 2hrs30mins. I waited 3hrs 30mins.
Have dealt with them since 1992 & the service (what little I have needed) has always been first class.Staff have always been friendly, courteous & efficient.A major factor in me remaining loyal to BMW & never looking elsewhere for my next car.

Service indicator not reset post service, when investigated it revealed the car required another type of inspection. at 2nd inspection a week later I was then told the front brake pads required replacing despite the previous check saying they had 8mm

I had a question regarding the 'head-up' display on the windscreen and was able to not only get an answer but also a very explanation of the product as well as sadly why I couldn't buy it as my Windows phone was unable to support the software. Thanks

Setting aside the cost, the experience of having my vehicle serviced at ocean Falmouth was good

Following a call from BMW service to arrange service the car was taken into Falmouth to be told that it could not be done. Another date offered and curtesy car kindly offered

Dealt with in a considerate and cheerful msanner.
The technical team were able to diagnose the fault with my vehicle and put it right. I was given a loan vehicle to use whilst mine was undergoing the inspection, which I felt was good service.
Collected my car on time and returned on time. Also looks like it was given a bit of a clean!!

Whenever I have taken a vehicle for pre-booked attention, it has been dealt with perfectly. Recently, a defect was repaired immediately within half an hour when I btook my Wife's car in without a booking.
It took over 30mins for the paperwork to be completed once the car was ready for collection

It took several days to get to the root of the problem ( ie the alternator belt had welded itself to the drive shafts ) even though it was immediately identified by the breakdown mechanic who initially attended. Expected compl'n times were inaccurate

My car came in with a very disturbing rattle and left without a very disturbing rattle. Made my day.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable but as a non coffee drinker, tea was not available until requested. There were no biscuits left and I had to wait half an hour longer than predicted.
I booked the car in for a starting/battery problem and MOT. The starting problem had to wait at the garage for a qualified mechanic to diagnose the problem; in all 2 weeks before it was looked at. Nearly 4 weeks to resolve problem - starter motor.

Loan car should come with full tank and fuel paid for by mileageA written report of work done would have been nice as I have no record or proof of work carried out.Car now has auto door locking turned on

I was told how long it would take and was delivered on time. A comfortable waiting area and coffee on tap.
The servicing and parts department always make you feel very important when you arrive and always seem to be genuinely trying to help you rather than trying to rip you off like in some other high end car manufacturer branches. The car was valeted too
In addition to carrying out normal service requirements a potentially dangerous fault was spotted by the technician. I was given a loan car at short notice and kept informed while parts were obtained and the work carried out.
Two prices quoted for the cost of service. Service centre quoted £262 on phone and when my service was done the bill was for £276, Alfie at Falmouth service did not seem to be bothered and said they are always quoting different prices. Not good
Generally good but my other BMW was in for warranty work and came back with scratches on he car, one of which was not marked on their inspection sheet soccanconlt presume it happened whilst the car was in their care. They did rectify FOC though
Fast and efficient and surprisingly cost effective
I was kept waiting quite a long time.It went from a 20 minute wait to eventually 90 minutes.
Customer consideration was paramount.

Loan vehicle did not have sufficient fuel to get home and back to garage, not really interested when I mentioned this to operative! The reason for visit was determined by BMW not by me!

Car was booked in for a recall to attend to possible problems with the braking/stability and airbag in the dash. A loan car was provided for the day and my car was washed and hovered which I appreciated.

Excellent reception, incl. coffee! Exc. loan vehicle. Courtesy car valet a bonus.Arranged a 5.00pm collection, but it was 6.00pm-not too great an inconvenience- 'free' until 7.30pm, and coffee was available! Frustrated re repair request-see below.
Given a new tyre was needed, i queried the price so the salesmans surfed the net for comparisons. Very good.

charged a very great amount for two tyres; much more than kwik-fit. 1st time happened and 1st time i've felt ripped off by BMW. Disappointing

Failed MOT due to tyres caused avoidable problems - far too expensive to buy tyres off BMW and then the driver was unable to return my car and then had to book in for another day. Finally a good job done but ..

Had to wait nearly seven months for my new car, Had four different delivery dates.lot of excuses and very poor at communication had to keep contacting them for updates.In there defence I have been with them for over 20yrs and never had issues before

Everything ran like clockwork with a very detailed introduction to our new car. It was pointed out that anything that we had not fully understood could be revisited at a further meeting.

It's the first time I've bought a new car at first registration, so I have nothing else to compare this against. I had thought the dealership would have been able to do a 50% road tax deduction at first reg, hence the very slightly less than perfect
