Loan vehicle did not have sufficient fuel to get home and back to garage, not really interested when I mentioned this to operative! The reason for visit was determined by BMW not by me!

Car was booked in for a recall to attend to possible problems with the braking/stability and airbag in the dash. A loan car was provided for the day and my car was washed and hovered which I appreciated.

Excellent reception, incl. coffee! Exc. loan vehicle. Courtesy car valet a bonus.Arranged a 5.00pm collection, but it was 6.00pm-not too great an inconvenience- 'free' until 7.30pm, and coffee was available! Frustrated re repair request-see below.
Given a new tyre was needed, i queried the price so the salesmans surfed the net for comparisons. Very good.

charged a very great amount for two tyres; much more than kwik-fit. 1st time happened and 1st time i've felt ripped off by BMW. Disappointing
Failed MOT due to tyres caused avoidable problems - far too expensive to buy tyres off BMW and then the driver was unable to return my car and then had to book in for another day. Finally a good job done but ..
Painless drop off and pick up. Friendly staff, nice airy store.

The actual service on the vehicle was as always top class. The only downside was that my personal details on the invoice were wrong and it took three phone calls to remedy this. Even now you have spelt my surname incorrectly on this survey.

Not all faults recognised first time and consequential problems not picked up. Too expensive.
Emissions light came on whilst on holiday. Ocean Falmouth fitted us in at short notice. Staff very helpful and kindly gave us a lift into Falmouth for the day and collected us when the car was ready.
Service department very helpful over a recall and offered to collect my car from home as the correction would take all day

I was phoned by Ocean Plymouth to call me in for a service. Despite me explaining that the car had only done 16,500 miles and had a service package, the person said that was not a problem. On arrival I was informed that the service was impossible.

Monty is exceptional - helpful, proactive and customer focussed. Younger members of service departments at other BMW dealerships would benefit greatly and learn valuable lessons from working with hm.He is a real credit to BMW and Ocean.

I was given a loan car. I had a 1.5 hour journey home so asked if the work could be finished as soon as possible, which was done .....and the car was still returned clean and shining.

Still have not received an invoice by mail. Car did not get washed. Recall letter said 1.5 hours for repair told on booking car needed for whole dayOver £30 to change a sidelight bulb is excessive. I changed the other in 5 mins.

All was good. I was informed of progress as necessary and sent a video of under my car. Suzanna was also able to arrange for a valet at short notice so the car was immaculate when I received it back.
I waited for the car to be serviced ,all the staff were very friendly an spent time to have a chat this made the waiting time go very quick.
No courtesy car available when I had booked previously, therefore had to wait on site from 8.30 to 2.00pm. Too long for an oil and filter change and still cost £580.00!Too long for me to be away from my office.
I had to call back three times to get a quote for replacing a halo bulb after being promised each time somebody would call me back. On getting the car back there was another fault, this had been caused by the engineer when they looked.
It was a good experience and I was well looked after.
The service I received was n Falmouth was excellent
It was all fine other than trying to sell us Shell oil on the telephone whilst booking the car in.
There was no valeting done to the car, inside or out.

Monty pursued a goodwill gesture to BMW as my car had not long been out of manufacturers warranty. Monty was empathetic and I felt he had my concerns at heart . He kept me updated at all times , excellent customer service .
The failed part was replaced promptly; meanwhile I was loaned a vehicle. The staff were very courteous.
Friendly, accommodating and most helpful giving time to explain in detail the BMW Advance Car Eye.
The issue was resolved and for "free" but it seems that it was probably caused when an alternator was replaced under warranty. Two hours driving (there and back) and a day off work does work out as pretty expensive.
Information about my vehicle was explained and the work completed easily understood.

It's the first time I've bought a new car at first registration, so I have nothing else to compare this against. I had thought the dealership would have been able to do a 50% road tax deduction at first reg, hence the very slightly less than perfect
