I waited for the car to be serviced ,all the staff were very friendly an spent time to have a chat this made the waiting time go very quick.
No courtesy car available when I had booked previously, therefore had to wait on site from 8.30 to 2.00pm. Too long for an oil and filter change and still cost £580.00!Too long for me to be away from my office.
I had to call back three times to get a quote for replacing a halo bulb after being promised each time somebody would call me back. On getting the car back there was another fault, this had been caused by the engineer when they looked.
It was a good experience and I was well looked after.
The service I received was n Falmouth was excellent
It was all fine other than trying to sell us Shell oil on the telephone whilst booking the car in.
There was no valeting done to the car, inside or out.

The issue was resolved and for "free" but it seems that it was probably caused when an alternator was replaced under warranty. Two hours driving (there and back) and a day off work does work out as pretty expensive.

Car was recalled for a air bag change however, I was informed that it would be given a car wash. When I collected my car was covered in bird mess. To add insult to injury the battery was not connected causing my car to cut out a few days later.

When I was phoned to make the appointment for my MOT I think from a Plymouth phone number I made an appointment for the 5th May but it was recorded as the 5th of June! which had Falmouth not been very helpful would have been a problem.
advised to replace front breakpads prematurely at 30000m , by far the lowest mileage than any previous car.

Competent, courteous, efficient handling of the issue I needed resolving.
Staff were excellent with very good customer relations skills. My car went in to have a faulty horn replaced, this was my second visit and the fault has still not been corrected despite the car being with Ocean for 2 days. An 80 mile round trip!

This is not aimed at ocean,but i think it is very poor service from bmw to take almost 3 weeks to obtain a part from germany!!

It was a small service and yet the cost was absolutely ridiculous for an hour and a half we paid £400 odd pounds, which I felt was day light robbery!!! As usual your staff are extremely proficient and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Car could not be fixed on the day, days later part had arrived, took car in. Called later that day to be told wrong part had arrived correct part would be in the next day. Car sat all the next day untouched with part on seat! Took another day!!!
