I had to originally book my appointment through Plymouth central appointment service. They messed up the dates and gave the impression they really didn’t care.

Having cancelled two services it finally took place 1k miles after the interval. When I went to collect the car having asked for tyres to be checked as i was off on holiday the next day i was told all was fine. Turns out 2 tyres were illegal!

The pads were due for replacement, and the assistant said that discs might also need changing. But when checked they confirmed only the pads needed doing. It was good to know I wasn't being asked to have work done that wasn't needed.

Whilst on holiday in Cornwall my cousin and I wandered into the Falmouth dealership to look at the latest BMW’s. Such was the warm reception we experienced, that 10 weeks later we were there again to pick up a shiny new X1.
