This is for Ocean BMW not Ocean Mini, I am completely satisfied with Ocean Mini and bought the car through them as i refused to deal with Ocean BMW

Having cancelled two services it finally took place 1k miles after the interval. When I went to collect the car having asked for tyres to be checked as i was off on holiday the next day i was told all was fine. Turns out 2 tyres were illegal!
Service was very slow at both drop off of my car, and poorer still on pick up. Courier service of my wife and I into Falmouth whilst our car was attended to was very good.
Could not fault advise given and arrangements for replacement of rear air bag

The time taken to collect car and pay was slow
The pads were due for replacement, and the assistant said that discs might also need changing. But when checked they confirmed only the pads needed doing. It was good to know I wasn't being asked to have work done that wasn't needed.
Your staff make the experience completely satisfied, it is not the problem but how it is dealt with and you could not get better people.
Original appointment on a Mon made 3 weeks previously included curtesy car. Received text message asking for 'instructions, received late on Friday before. Could not get through on Sat and no return call when mess left. Call rec'd on Mon - no cur car
I had to wait 25 minutes to see an agent, when there were many employees around not engaged with a customer
I was greeted politely by the receptionist and directed to where I needed to go.The service department representative was courteous and efficient.
Couldn't fault the dedication of the team as they had no courtesy car available they arranged for me to be taken to work and collected at the end of the day. It was only 1/2 a mile away but other dealerships have been unable to do that in the past.

The car was not ready at the time I was told and had not had a valet. This was then rushed and an incomplete job done. I also had to go back because one of the staff had left something in the car
Having had 4 new tyres fitted, on leaving BMW Ocean at approximately 6pm and a few miles away I realised I had an amber warning that all tyre pressures were far from correct. It was too late to return to Ocean.

I had the safety inspection of my vehicle SP08 LWH and it was all good news. The safety inspection of the vehicle was described to include a clean of the vehicle. the inside of my vehicle didn't seem to have been cleaned much hence 4 star not 5...
I phoned in advance, but the message did not get through to the service desk that I had booked a major service. No air filter was ordered as a consequence, and so it was delivered to my address for me to fit myself.
Very attentive when asked for additional parts to be checked as I was going on a journey the following day.

Superior customer service. Monty (I think that was the name) really looked after me, helped me to get my car fixed in time for me to drive home from Cornwall. The whole team were friendly and very responsive.
The MOT was done very thoroughly and they recommended what may need doing next time.

The car computer wasn't reset after the front pad change, so it is still indicating I need to change my front brake pads. This means I will have to make a special trip to Falmouth for this to be done, at least two hours round trip for me.
Easy to organise once you get through. Poor telephone system took ages to get through. Service centre staff very good explained everything really clearly and spent time with me. Gave us lift to town and then picked us up much appreciated
For all the reasons above. I consider the customer service I received so good that it will ensure I stay at BMW when its time to choose a new car.

For the reasons given in question 1.Would have got a 5 if not for the fact that I have noticed that servicing prices seem to have increased considerably more than inflation. £53 for MOT - fine£120 for brake fluid change - appears a bit OTT
A most satisfactory performance by all staff in Falmouth
Given the cost of the service, for what is essentially an oil change screen, wash top up and safety check, I was disappointed that the car was not cleaned, as I had been promised it would be when the car was dropped off.
Problems rectified and car returned in good time.The whole experience was very professional.
They always obtain answers to any questions and go out of their way to help.
The vehicle was serviced and returned as advised plus it was given a wash and a vacuum, thank you.
Alfie Rice in service was friendly, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Despite my car being with you for longer than originally planned, he made it far less of a nuisance and explained it all very well.

Friendly helpful staff - couldn't do enough for me and left me feeling very valued as a customer. They fixed and returned my car very speedily with no notice of it coming in.
Overall pleased with the service that was carried out, however I was advised that the service would take approx 90 minutes, it ended up being 3 hours.
The electrical problem was identified and the cause clearly explained.
I was told how things would work and it all happened as expected. I was contacted by phone at the time I was expecting to say the job was complete

I felt as if I was being fobbed off with the excuse "its a characteristic" and not a fault. The brake pedal looses it vacuum over night.

Tyres were inflated to incorrect pressures including 2 new tyres.On querying this at Ocean Falmouth I was 'dealt with' by member of front desk staff who failed to ackowledge the error and with what would have satisfied me, an apology.
Nothing is too much bother for Ocean BMW. They really look after their customers and go the extra mile when required.

Blatantly misled with regard to time our car needed to be in the service workshop.Due to lies being told about how long our car would be required, left us with an unscheduled delay of more than 3 hours in addition to the rest of the day I had lost.
Received 2 calls about a vehicle recall. First said drop it in first thing we need it all day. Second was to confirm and when asked about being"all day" said we could have it done in a couple of hours in the morning. On arrival restated need all day.
Staff were competent and friendly and importantly well informed about my vehicle.

I would recommend the staff at Ocean Falmouth - they have been really good over the 14 years I have owned a BMW.

Always have to wait longer than quoted said extra half hour while car washed and vacuumed when car brought neither had been done. Quoted 90 mins took 2 half hours . Never offer rental or collection live nearly hour away
Service took all of 4+ hours. I asked to be kept informed when I arrived, but was told nothing. The staff member didnt seem to have any idea of awareness or even where she was. I was asked if I wanted a wash & vac. Which turned into another shambles

Whilst on holiday in Cornwall my cousin and I wandered into the Falmouth dealership to look at the latest BMWs. Such was the warm reception we experienced, that 10 weeks later we were there again to pick up a shiny new X1.
I normally have outstanding customer service. I did feel the salesman I had was not to the usual standard.Looking back on the experience I wish I transferred over to someone-else. He seemed to lack knowledge and understanding or recall conversations
