Tyres were inflated to incorrect pressures including 2 new tyres.On querying this at Ocean Falmouth I was 'dealt with' by member of front desk staff who failed to ackowledge the error and with what would have satisfied me, an apology.
Staff very helpful and kept me informed.
Blatantly misled with regard to time our car needed to be in the service workshop.Due to lies being told about how long our car would be required, left us with an unscheduled delay of more than 3 hours in addition to the rest of the day I had lost.
Nothing is too much bother for Ocean BMW. They really look after their customers and go the extra mile when required.
Received 2 calls about a vehicle recall. First said drop it in first thing we need it all day. Second was to confirm and when asked about being"all day" said we could have it done in a couple of hours in the morning. On arrival restated need all day.
Staff were competent and friendly and importantly well informed about my vehicle.
Never use ocean again
They collected my car from home and returned it as they said.
I would recommend the staff at Ocean Falmouth - they have been really good over the 14 years I have owned a BMW.
Car not washed or valeted
Great, friendly staff.
Kept me updated and sorted a hire car very quickly.
The checks I asked for were completed on time and the battery charge I needed was undertaken.

Service took all of 4+ hours. I asked to be kept informed when I arrived, but was told nothing. The staff member didnt seem to have any idea of awareness or even where she was. I was asked if I wanted a wash & vac. Which turned into another shambles
Always have to wait longer than quoted said extra half hour while car washed and vacuumed when car brought neither had been done. Quoted 90 mins took 2 half hours . Never offer rental or collection live nearly hour away
Just an MOT. Car was washed and hoovered.
Staff very informative
As an unexpected customer Ocean Falmouth went out of their way to accommodate us in their Service schedule. In particular Mr Monty Sharp, after- sales/service advisor was brilliant he could not have been more helpful. as were the Ocean Workshop.
Repairs were completed on time.
Helped me out of a tight spot. Let me know what was happening every step of the way

Easy to book the service slot, car went in on time, friendly professional service. Coffee etc available in the waiting area which was comfortable. Car serviced while I waited.
4 shiny new wheels under warranty and some minor service items, what's not to like.
On bringing my car in for service I was not sent off with a loan car for 90 minutes - waiting for the car which (1) had little fuel (2) was blocked in. The service team are just great - there are simply not enough of them.

Ocean go that extra mile and there customer service with help from Monty Sharp could not be better he goes the extra mile to help with all customer problems nothing is to much trouble for him
All the work we needed on our X5 was carried out according to the quotation. It did take an hour longer (3 hours wait in total!) due to extra work needed and there was not time to have our car cleaned then as we had an onward journey planned. Busy!
Concerning the car and the service I received, I was totally satisfied. The big problem as far as I was concerned, was that I was told the procedure would take 90 minutes. In fact, this was miscalculated by exactly one hour. This was very annoying.
