Because everything that was supposed to have been done was done. Registration and vehicle handover was entirely unproblematic. Service advisor kept us updated on progress, extra work and costs, and the vehicle nicely washed before collection.

There was a lot of unexpected work caused by corrosion which shocked me as the car is regularly serviced by Ocean BMW but we live close to the sea. Bethany reassured me at every step and helped obtain a free underbody corrosion treatment.

Was told it would take 1 hr and I opted for a complementary car wash. The car disappeared for 10 minutes and then reappeared in the car park and did not move for the rest of the hour. Hopefully the airbag was changed! The car wasn't washed!
