Car booked in for MOT, service and recall confirmed by mail. When car with Ocean I received a mail to say I need to book a service - no service was booked so I had to mail Jordan Bell. Seems this happens a lot. Bethany was very helpful and sorted it.

Vehicle (6month old i4 m60) initially developed an aircon fault and was told it would take 8 weeks for vehicle to be seen! Then it developed a charge flap fault and had to contact bmw assist. This got both faults addressed in 3days.

Overall was good experience but my camera was disconnected and not reconnected. I understand this is probably for privacy but it was unplugged at the unit but it was not connected anywhere that warranted this as is plugs into the cigarette lighter

The frontline staff was friendly and helpful, however I had to escalate the issue with BMW UK as they weren't able to solve the issue nor were able to offer a way to escalate the issue. Fixing my car took 6 weeks in the end.

Overall a disorganised and disappointing visit. Ocean Falmouth comes across as a BMW dealership that lacks cohesive management and organisation - I was not impressed on the day and other reviews seem to agree with my feelings.

On booking one price given. Then 2 days before start date advised they had under quoted battery replacement! After more calls we established a much more realistic price from another dealer known to us. They matched this price in the end.
