All the service staff were lovely & friendly but I was waiting for nearly 4 hours & was told 90 mins to 2 hours max. You need to lower customers expectations & be more realistic on wait times. I would have arranged a courtesy car if I'd have known

Took 6 calls to your Falmouth depot to get a calll back to tell us when the spares would be in to be fitted to our boot lid, eventually we managed to get to talk direct to your service department direct not via a receptionist

Communication about the repair, and how long it would take to resolve was poor. I was advised that it would take 20 minutes to fix but I waited for 2 and 3/4 hours and chased twice. There was also confusion on whether the car was OK to drive away.

The car is inspected and advisories are given for other work that maybe needed. Rather than having to book in again the offer is to have the work done at the same time. Spares availability permitting that is.

Your Service Adviser Andrew did his best to offset our bad experience with the tyres, and with the new very unwelcoming reception system, which used to be so different. We have been customers for 9 years. Andrew scores 5, overall score 1.

I was extremely disappointed with Ocean BMW who rather than fix my car, actually returned it to me in an unsafe and damaged condition. The the air vent next to the airbag panel left loose, which could possibly cause injury if the bag was activated

The car got a small dent in the passenger wheel arch while being there. When my husband spotted it and mentioned it to staff, he was told a manager would call the next day. He didn't, I called and am still waiting for a response from a supervisor

MOT went through fine so I was happy but I hate the automated sign in system at the front door. It is so impersonal and not customer friendly. I preferred turning up for a service or MOT to be greeted by Monty or Tony Jewell or Alfie

Very clear guidance was given on what was needed for the service, and also information on the MOT advisories, to provide a clear indication of what needs to be done in the near future.

I was aware that I needed two front tyres, though legal needed replacing but I was concerned to learn that the two rear tyres were not run flats. This was not noted either at PDI prior to purchase or at the last service. I had to replace these.

I was told that the service would take a maximum of one and a half hours. First checkover and brake fluid replacement. It actually too three hours and ten minutes.

I remain uncertain that the risks associated with the original EGR recall were eliminated by the action taken during the recall - I was told that the dash light was due to build-up of soot in the cooler due to short journeys(common in Cornwall).

They did a good job and the usual inspection was very helpful. One niggle is that the cleaning product used on the inside of the driver's door little pocket (not the main pocket at the bottom of the door) has left the black covering quite tacky.

Thorough inspection of vehicle with no major faults. Tyre tread on front wheels found to be near to limit and replaced with same brand tyres before returning car to me. The service department kept me informed of all details and I now have my car back

There appears to be something wrong with this branch. The service is not good. Waiting a long time for simple things. A lot of other customers complaining about wait times. Very poor communication and no apologies. Embarrassing for BMW

For a minor service I booked and agreed to stay whilst the work was being done. I arrived on time but it was exactly 1 hour after that when the car was moved from its parking place and the work started.

short service took 3 and a half hours, i was expecting about 1 hour. no communication. when i asked after 1:45hrs, i was told it would be at least another hour because they were busy. if you book me an appointment, i expect you to keep it. v unhappy

I feel that BMW isn't linking the recall issues with the problems that I'm having with my car. I've since had the pipe replaced elsewhere, however the drivetrain light has reappeared.
