Booking oil/brake fluid, etc. service (after in-car notification) was starightforward. Parking available right outside dealership, showroom welcoming and ready with simple log on arrival. Service advisor, Ju, came over directly as our coffee served.

1. Not sure why you ask me to check in online and select extra work thay you are selling to me. Confirm it, then don't do it! A waste of everyone's time!. 2. I'm not happy to have an electric car with a charge of 100 miles. Useless in Cornwall.

I was told the service would take about 2 hours. 3 hours 50 minutes for a routine service?? With no updates without me asking. When I complained I was told it's busy Mondays so don't lie to me and say only 2 hours when I book it in

Found the issue with our car and advised of course of action. Provided us with loan car for the duration. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Made us pleased we purchase the car from Ocean to start with.
