The MOT was done very thoroughly and they recommended what may need doing next time.
Superior customer service. Monty (I think that was the name) really looked after me, helped me to get my car fixed in time for me to drive home from Cornwall. The whole team were friendly and very responsive.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Alfie Rice goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done and we need for nothing.. The facilities are exceptional (and the coffee and chocolate machine also)!
I've not yet had a service but the follow up procedure has been very good.

The car computer wasn't reset after the front pad change, so it is still indicating I need to change my front brake pads. This means I will have to make a special trip to Falmouth for this to be done, at least two hours round trip for me.
Easy to organise once you get through. Poor telephone system took ages to get through. Service centre staff very good explained everything really clearly and spent time with me. Gave us lift to town and then picked us up much appreciated
For all the reasons above. I consider the customer service I received so good that it will ensure I stay at BMW when its time to choose a new car.

For the reasons given in question 1.Would have got a 5 if not for the fact that I have noticed that servicing prices seem to have increased considerably more than inflation. £53 for MOT - fine£120 for brake fluid change - appears a bit OTT
Given the cost of the service, for what is essentially an oil change screen, wash top up and safety check, I was disappointed that the car was not cleaned, as I had been promised it would be when the car was dropped off.
They always obtain answers to any questions and go out of their way to help.

Friendly helpful staff - couldn't do enough for me and left me feeling very valued as a customer. They fixed and returned my car very speedily with no notice of it coming in.
Overall pleased with the service that was carried out, however I was advised that the service would take approx 90 minutes, it ended up being 3 hours.
The electrical problem was identified and the cause clearly explained.

I felt as if I was being fobbed off with the excuse "its a characteristic" and not a fault. The brake pedal looses it vacuum over night.

Tyres were inflated to incorrect pressures including 2 new tyres.On querying this at Ocean Falmouth I was 'dealt with' by member of front desk staff who failed to ackowledge the error and with what would have satisfied me, an apology.
Nothing is too much bother for Ocean BMW. They really look after their customers and go the extra mile when required.
Blatantly misled with regard to time our car needed to be in the service workshop.Due to lies being told about how long our car would be required, left us with an unscheduled delay of more than 3 hours in addition to the rest of the day I had lost.
Staff very helpful and kept me informed.
Received 2 calls about a vehicle recall. First said drop it in first thing we need it all day. Second was to confirm and when asked about being"all day" said we could have it done in a couple of hours in the morning. On arrival restated need all day.
Staff were competent and friendly and importantly well informed about my vehicle.

Always have to wait longer than quoted said extra half hour while car washed and vacuumed when car brought neither had been done. Quoted 90 mins took 2 half hours . Never offer rental or collection live nearly hour away
Service took all of 4+ hours. I asked to be kept informed when I arrived, but was told nothing. The staff member didnt seem to have any idea of awareness or even where she was. I was asked if I wanted a wash & vac. Which turned into another shambles

As an unexpected customer Ocean Falmouth went out of their way to accommodate us in their Service schedule. In particular Mr Monty Sharp, after- sales/service advisor was brilliant he could not have been more helpful. as were the Ocean Workshop.
Repairs were completed on time.
