Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Sales staff were brilliant but since then nobody has asked, only had the car three months but have had to either take it in or call someone out three times, that's doesn't include me having to go in off my own back. Stars above because of issues car.

I asked for a courtesy car. When I got home I had been charged £15.00. I was not warned of this & have never been charged before. To me the meaning of courtesy is something supplied free of charge. Courtesy should be changed to loan car.

The engineer failed to seat the oil filter correctly so the vehicle dumped its oil very quickly after the service. It took 3 calls to the dealer to organise recovery and now they don't have anybody to return the vehicle to me... so it's still there

Would have been a 5 but it took a bit longer than i anticipated. However everyone very friendly and helpful and kept me informed of progress.

The overall service experience is brilliant the only downside is limited customer parking making it difficult when everyone is dropping cars off and queuing to book in. However, not enough to affect the 5 stars.

I had to take the car in for a brake fluid change. It takes 1 hour to get to the service centre, 2 hours to change the brake fluid and another hour to get home. The promise of a wash and vac pleased me very much and I was very disappointed it was

Excellent communication with the service desk and in particular Andy Bishop.However due to BMW requirements to completely check the IDrive and upload the operating system to ensure that there was a problem, I had to make arrangements for a second day

I was not able to get my vehicle in at a suitably quick time to get my windscreen washer issues rectified and had to wait even longer if I required a courtesy vehicle. I therefore had to take time of work and arrange collection from the garage???????

Our car was booked in for as routine brake fluid warranty work. I had also booked it in to have a damaged front plastic trim replaced, I was told this job was 1.5 hrs and the total time required would be a max of 2.5hrs. It took all day!!!

Didn't buy the car there which appeared to make no difference. Polite, friendly, explained worked required, recall on EGR, quote provided. Synched keys and explained software update with EGR might cure problems.
