Bit of a wait before being booked on and car not ready on return, although I only has to wait minutes in both cases.

Our car was booked in for as routine brake fluid warranty work. I had also booked it in to have a damaged front plastic trim replaced, I was told this job was 1.5 hrs and the total time required would be a max of 2.5hrs. It took all day!!!

Didn't buy the car there which appeared to make no difference. Polite, friendly, explained worked required, recall on EGR, quote provided. Synched keys and explained software update with EGR might cure problems.

Did nothing to help us in this situation. Try to deflect blame onto me and my driving style. Me and my partner have driven and owned countless BMW’s. Never ever had a problem with a clutch. Bmw wouldn’t pay for a diagnostic test.
