They went out of their way to sort out problems and got me back on the road
My vehicle was in for a recall and i mentioned that the battery was not charging. 'Not a problem' I was told. The vehicle was kept overnight, put on charge and, unfortunately, it was found to have a fault and was replaced. No fuss service.

The work was done well and quickly, the service staff are friendly (usually), the process (COVID) worked very well - no problems there.
The ordering process was straight forward after having built the car online and forwarding the completed car to the sales department. I had a provisional date of delivery within a few weeks and plenty of feedback on the progress of the build.
Matthew was Great to deal with
Even in the middle of a pandemic everyone went out of the way to help.
I know it took longer to receive my car but I know it was beyond anyones control even though the sales team were very apologetic. It meant a lot to me that they kept me in the loop.
