The service department at the dealership has one particularly rude unprofessional woman working there which completely ruins the experience of attending a prestige dealership. Her unhelpful behaviour and down right rudeness is quite unacceptable.
It was quicker than expected, and the usual efficient service. Only dismayed at the waiting time when booking in and checking out.

Excellent customer experience
Only had a service with the mini jcw I had before the m2 and mini was good and looked after. Family member had her bmw services and came back with a scratch they claim they had nothing to do with.
We were on holiday. Ocean were really helpful, polite and made the experience almost pleasurable. They fitted us in without a problem, dropped us into Falmouth for a couple of hours whilst fixing the car and picked us up again.

Only in for an annual check which did take rather a long time (3hrs) but the surroundings were comfortable with coffee on tap so not too unpleasant an experience still waiting for a callback ref some minor bodywork.
The time I was waiting for my car to have mot test , took 2.5 hours, very frustrating. Brought the car in good time for my appointment, but still had to wait too long.
It was explained that the work needed to comply with the requirements of the MOT would cost a future between best and worse case scenario which helped in budgeting for the repairs.
Everything was done as expected and in the quoted time frame.
