Only in for an annual check which did take rather a long time (3hrs) but the surroundings were comfortable with coffee on tap so not too unpleasant an experience still waiting for a callback ref some minor bodywork.
The time I was waiting for my car to have mot test , took 2.5 hours, very frustrating. Brought the car in good time for my appointment, but still had to wait too long.
It was explained that the work needed to comply with the requirements of the MOT would cost a future between best and worse case scenario which helped in budgeting for the repairs.
Everything was done as expected and in the quoted time frame.

They fixed it quickly.
Very nice indeed, while the car was being serviced they provided a car and driver and took us into town. After a very pleasant harbourside lunch they collected us from the town and took us back to our finished washed car.
They are simply the best dealership I have experienced. Having lived in London and 22 years in Germany I have experienced a wide spectrum of dealerships so when I say they sre the best I know what I an talking about.

I reported a slight knocking at the front. A lot of work has been carried out under warranty, but unfortunately the knocking noise is still there so I'll need to bring the car back in again.

..I was told about the car fault and that it should be ready Weds am after parts delivery. This became; Weds pm, then Thurs am, Thurs pm, then Fri pm, then 7-10 working days. It was then ready the next Tues...(I will continue this in the next box..)

The failing roof issue was resolved easily - but I worry that it should not have happened given that a switch was replaced a short while ago and I note that the hard top convertible has been abandoned so I suspect this will be an ongoing cost for me.

Would have given 6 stars if allowed! Ocean BMW at Falmouth is a stunning example of a top end dealership, the location obviously helps, but everyone was 100% helpful, pleasant, polite and the place was absolutely spotless.
