Appalling. Did not meet our needs. Did not MOT our car when booked in. Returned car with out of date MOT and didn't notice it was out of date even though a service was carried out. Did not get back to me when promised over two weeks ago.
Because they made me feel valued and went the extra mile to make my experience better than I thought it would be. There was a problem with black oil on my opal white leather drivers seat, but the way the servicing department dealt with it was superb.
Tony Jewell handled my problem very efficiently, he supplied me with a Courtesy car and although parts had to be ordered I was back in my car after only a couple of days. He was very pleasant and very helpful. Well done Tony excellent service
Service personnel have always been efficient, polite, helpful and made us feel we mattered. We would like to single out the Service Manager at Penryn who is always cheerful and particularly obliging and helpful.
QUITE EXPENSIVE & I HAD TO PAY FOR CAR COLLECTION/DROP OFF AND NOT MUCH OF A BREAKDOWN ON THE INVOICE OF WHAT WAS CHARGED FOR?

I was given advice about work needed and this was done quickly.
No courtesy car provided despite being pre-booked. Solved by BMW providing chauffer service to and from my home. Technician working on car left bumper rubbers on bonnet detatched and misplaced. He also failed to reset computer record of work done.

Car had a spurious alarm fault which was understandably difficult to fix but it was sorted.
Very interested service reception person who exceeded my expectations. Asked if I wanted the car washed and given a safety check - but completely understood that I needed to be away early and managed to arrange the job to be finished 15 mins early.
No curtesy car was available but they obligingly dropped us into Falmouth and collected us again on time, very punctual.

Not had a service with new car but always been satisfied with friendly staff, calls well in advance to book in the car and vehicle always returned clean and tidy.
Not enough care taken with my treasured vehicle 4 marks and scratches appeared whilst being repaired under warranty, in addition to finding a front wheel arch bolt hanging loose where the work had taken place .....most annoying!!

I have had my BMW X1 for all of two months from new .i had taken it back because of a leakage of a stickey liquid from the top of both front doors onto the paintwork.only to be told it's my fault for washing it wrong.i had doon 800 miles
I was asked by two service center employees if I would like my car washed and hoovered which I accepted , when I came to collect the car the cleaning had not been carried out. It was rushed and incomplete lots of duster cotton throughout the interior

The recovery by BMW was first class and the repair / replacement was completed in 24hours. The failure in the system was that Ocean failed to arrange the return of my car on the day repairs were completed, It arrived on the 3rd day at 1300hrs.
Sales staff were brilliant but since then nobody has asked, only had the car three months but have had to either take it in or call someone out three times, that's doesn't include me having to go in off my own back. Stars above because of issues car.

I asked for a courtesy car. When I got home I had been charged £15.00. I was not warned of this & have never been charged before. To me the meaning of courtesy is something supplied free of charge. Courtesy should be changed to loan car.

The engineer failed to seat the oil filter correctly so the vehicle dumped its oil very quickly after the service. It took 3 calls to the dealer to organise recovery and now they don't have anybody to return the vehicle to me... so it's still there

This is my second car from Ocean Falmouth and I already have the relationship with the Sales Rep, Nick.
At all stages I was impressed by response of Nick in particular and all staff at the dealership. We quickly agreed deal which I thought was fair and Nick kept me in the loop regularly. Car delivered on time and was just as I wanted.
Very satisfied, I had a 300 mile journey Ocean sorted me out with a hotel room and filled the car with fuel for me.
Dates for delivery were changed Detailed discussions over the value of our car vs the deposit when it came to cash purchase to support a £500 service credit note. This part wasn't very transparent and explained clearly
