Bit of a wait before being booked on and car not ready on return, although I only has to wait minutes in both cases.
Keeping me informed throughout the whole process, from booking to collection.
Our car was booked in for as routine brake fluid warranty work. I had also booked it in to have a damaged front plastic trim replaced, I was told this job was 1.5 hrs and the total time required would be a max of 2.5hrs. It took all day!!!
I had to then purchase the replacement element then fitted in my own time.
Everything was done in a timely way without any issues.

Didn't buy the car there which appeared to make no difference. Polite, friendly, explained worked required, recall on EGR, quote provided. Synched keys and explained software update with EGR might cure problems.
As above, having to wait more than 4 weeks for a service
Took way longer than I was told it would.. i was waiting around for double the time!! Over 3 hours sat waiting.

I had to originally book my appointment through Plymouth central appointment service. They messed up the dates and gave the impression they really didnt care.

Did nothing to help us in this situation. Try to deflect blame onto me and my driving style. Me and my partner have driven and owned countless BMWs. Never ever had a problem with a clutch. Bmw wouldnt pay for a diagnostic test.

Relocated to the UK 3 years ago after 21 years in Germany. I can honestly say that I thought that the service experience in Germany could not be bettered. However, the standard of service at Ocean Falmouth was definitely the best yet.Faultless!
Prompt service and car returned in excellent condition
Took a lot of effort to make Ocean come and pick up my BMW and get a courtesy car. Never enough courtesy cars available.

Great service but they always seem to underestimate time taken so a little frustrating if you sit and wait for the car.
