Service Department extremely helpful in assisting customer care and listening to the customer. Both Monty and Alfie Customer Service front desk persons worked hard to get the best result for the customer and BMW. Both were polite and knowledgeable.

On this occasion, apart from a 15,000 mile service for the X1, the team had to deal with a range of complex issues involving a series of malfunctioning dash cams on our new M135i and managed to achieve a satisfactory result.
Really nice guy picked car up and told me exactly what was going to happen and that he would deliver car back at end of day. Quick phone call to say it was all completed along with video .
This was a factory recall. The car was collected and returned to me. I cannot comment on the work done as I cannot see the result. The car was also washed.
They kept in touch with me letting me know how the repair was going. Even though there was a delay with the part not being delivered on the expected day, they phoned me to explain. All was ok
Brake fluid changed and car also valeted - without asking. Great PR !!

The icing on the cake for me was that the workshop manager collected and returned the car all in the same day. It saved me worrying about having to wait around the garage amongst other people during lockdown. It was very kind and helpful .

I know it is hard with the social distancing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but when I cam in to put a deposit down and then drive away I felt my health and safety was put first and he made it an amazing experience to drive the car away feeling great!

Due to the Covid-19 situation the car could not be delivered on the arranged date, but once things started moving I cannot fault the service. Everything possible was done to make me feel comfortable with the delivery.
