The service and mot went well and the video sent was very informative Jamie call me and gave me ok to pick up and sent us the documentation. There was a difference on the invoice to what I was told on booking but this was sorted straightaway

Vehicle in good order. Staff excellent. Admin pre work (appointment) is sometimes not straight forward to arrange. The centre is quite a distance from home and requires logistics if no rental car available (more often the case lately)

I was met at the door by a member of staff who was expecting me and took my details explaining the time frame and a text to say it will be ready. The work was carried out quite quickly and I was able to pick the car up sooner than expected.

Booked in for 10am mot, 2 hrs 50 mins waiting! Never had to wait that long in the past anywhere! 1 hour max as allocated by the dvla for checks to be completed, no video received on tyre/brake condition, service not carried out and wiper replacement

This time in annual service waited in dealership over 4 hrs for MOT and service. Failed MOT on a tyre had to go back the next day. I would have thought that they would have known earlier and told me so I did not waste my time waiting.
