After picking up the car after the service was looking at the video supplied by the engineer I was surprised to see that he recommended changing the bonnet Struts. A price was given to carry this out. Nobody called to tell me this.

Shout out to Jamie. My car took a little longer than originally anticipated and he seamlessly sorted me out with a courtesy car - no dramas. Car feels like new after its repair.

I had wanted to help to extend the warranty but was told that they don't do it and I needed to contact BWW INSURANCE or do it on line, the online bit didn't work so I contacted them directly and they sorted it out!
